Return & Exchange Policy

At NINA SOLÉ, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted using natural materials selected for their beauty, uniqueness, and energy. Because of this, we encourage all customers to review their order carefully before completing a purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent process.

Returns within 7 Days

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Returns are accepted in cases where:

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the product.

  • The customer no longer wishes to keep the item.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be completely unused.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Include original tags and protective packaging.

  • Include the original box or pouch delivered with the product.

  • Show no visible signs of wear, use, damage, dirt, perfume, cosmetics, or alterations.

NINA SOLÉ reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund request.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is requested for personal reasons (including change of mind), shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Products Arriving Damaged or Defective

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or presents an issue caused before delivery, customers must contact us immediately. 

In these situations, NINA SOLÉ will: 

  • Cover all return shipping costs. 

  • Offer a full refund to the original payment method. 

  • Evaluate replacement options when applicable. 

Product Quality Guarantee & Repairs

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.

If a product presents manufacturing issues, abnormal deterioration, or quality-related defects after use, customers may contact us for evaluation.

Depending on the case, NINA SOLÉ may offer:

  • Product repair 

  • Replacement of specific components 

  • Alternative solution determined after evaluation

Each case will be reviewed individually.

This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Improper storage

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products

  • Excessive pulling or force

  • Natural wear caused by misuse or improper care

Customized & Personalized Pieces

Customized or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because custom orders require prior design alignment, material preparation, and a confirmation process with the client before production begins, these purchases are considered final sale.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.

In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative solution.

International Orders

At this time, NINA SOLÉ does not accept standard returns for international orders.

However, if an order presents issues caused by product quality or an error on our side, customers may contact us and each situation will be reviewed individually.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our pieces are made using natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, shells, and other organic materials.

Because of the nature of these materials, slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Shape

  • Texture

  • Size

  • Natural markings

are completely normal and should not be considered defects.

Each piece is intentionally unique.
